How A Place Is Not A Space - On Sacred Space
How many of us
have walked into some ones home, a place of business, a
hotel, a restaurant, or, an outdoor garden area and could
feel something in the air about that place? We all have.
This has to do with the fact that all places have an atmospheric
texture and energy which emanates unique vibrations about
it just like people do. Like people, Spaces have a distinct
sense about them. For thousands of years, an entire science
and ancient teaching has been operating around the entire
world that is very important. Thousands of years have also
demonstrated that there is a profound difference between
Personal and Sacred space. Sacred Space is unlike any personally
valued and protected space. For many of us, they seem similar,
but, in truth, they are dimensionally different and affect
people, families and communities very differently. This
explains why the ancient peoples pray, meditate and conduct
ceremonies on certain types of land during certain times
and seasons. There is something of great value and wisdom
here. Join us as we invite one of the most prominent stewards
in this area of specialty to share with us her many years
of experience of what the most important aspects of bringing
Sacredness into our living environments, communities and
work place and how Sacred Space affects not only ourselves
and those around us but, it positively impacts the lives
of those who live near and around us. Join us with your
a Sacred Steward and Marvelous
Teacher, Melinda Joy Miller.
